Acceptance of Terms:
By engaging in business with BumbleBuzz Graphics & Design, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Project Initiation

Acceptance:

Acceptance of a project quote must be confirmed in writing or by email. All quotes are valid for 30 days.

Scope Changes:

Any extra changes to the project scope requested by the client will be subject to an additional charge of $5.00 CAD per change. Both parties must agree in writing to any changes.

​Payment

Down Payment:

A non-refundable down payment of 15% of the total project cost is required before work begins.

Full payment must be received before the product is shipped/handed over.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation by Client:
-
Client(s) may cancel a project by providing written notice. The down payment is non-refundable, and work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at an hourly rate of $60.00 CAD.

Cancellation by BumbleBuzz Graphics & Design:

We reserve the right to terminate a project with immediate effect if the client fails to adhere to the agreed-upon terms. In such cases, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.

Refusal of Project
We reserve the right to refuse projects that involve content or materials that are unlawful, offensive or violate ethical standards.
Project Delivery

Delivery Timeline:

Project timelines will be outlined in the quote. BumbleBuzz Graphics & Design will not be held responsible by factors beyond our control.

Final project deliveries will be provided upon receipt of final payment.

Ownership and Usage Rights

Ownership:

BumbleBuzz Graphics & Design retains ownership of all original artwork, design files, and concepts created during the project.

Usage Rights:

Upon full payment, the client is granted permission to access and use the final design for its intended purpose.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information shared during the course of the project.
